When sound systems are installed in cars, the fitter will often use MDF to replace your standard parcel shelf. Whilst MDF is strong it is also heavy and can be difficult and time-consuming to work with. Our specially formed parcel shelves are not only tailored to your choice of car, but are also strong and a lot easier to work with. The main advantage is that the parcel shelves we supply are lightweight and will not add to the drag on your car.

Can I customise my parcel shelf?

Custom Auto Mouldings manufacture parcel shelves especially suited to your car e.g. Subaru Impreza, Peugoet 206 etc. so you will find that our design excellence already improves the look of your boot. Upon request we can spray paint your parcel shelf, or add extra elements such as the car logo – please contact us for a specific quotation.

Can I install the parcel shelf myself or do I still need an expert fitter?

Our parcel shelves are very easy to install unlike bespoke MDF versions, and therefore anyone can put them in. You may require help to set up the sound system but your local car audio dealer will help you with that.
